Upper Body Bodyweight Workout (Vegan Fitness)

Sometimes I get home from work and the last thing that is on my mind is workout, especially when the day begins to get colder and nights come earlier. 

I just have to remind myself that there are no excuses to get a good workout done. After all, a good workout is only 2% of your day!

Go get it, and remember to replenish your body with healthy whole plant-based vegan foods!
